Calling Kenny with the carbed R1100

Kenny, I have a chance to pick up a R1100 motor and transmission with starter, alternator, etc. The bike had a fire due to a leaking gas tank so the fuel injection stuff was toasted. What can you tell me about switching over to carbs for this motor? I would like to use it in a sidecar project.
