Does anyone know how the remote preload works??? I'm assuming its a hydraulic thing. I have the standard rear shock, which has some resistive 'feel' as it is adjusted towards high, but when I back off as it passes thru standard setting towards low, the feel goes as slack as the proverbial yak. I'm not convinced that the preload is coming off. Even if I'm right, I guess the preload mechanism cannot be fixed.

Bring it on you Tefal heads!!:thumb

Yeah - mine does that. After it's been bounced around a bit on the softer setting, it is then 'firm' to wind back up again. Just needs the spring to settle, I guess.
