I have to say your offer to copy my idea and sell them is not realy the spirit of this site ? I am sure you can see why I would see this as not fairplay ?

I have been manufacturing them all of today and should finish them tmrw.

Your idea,didnt see you standing behind me when i made it. Anyway i thought this site was to help other GS owners not make money out of them.

I have never seen your product so how can i have copied it. I wonder if it has the "Kite" mark.

Do yourselves a favour boys and make one yourself,all you need is some sticky backed plastic an empty washing up bottle (ask Mum first) and lump of blue tac.

while making your own version is all well and fine if you want to put in the effort. But it's a bit rude to say you may go into production in the same thread as the original vendor and there was also no reason to be rude.

I have to agree. This thread prompted me to try making my own from a sheet of scrap 3mm plastic of some sort. It was something of a mess, and not having a football pitch of material to waste I gave up. It takes a significant amount of effort to produce something fit for sale as opposed to good enough to hide inside a closed box. If I decide that I need one (unlikely as I'm a fully qualified miser) I'll buy one from the man who came up with the idea.

I can assure all parties that i have no intention in going into production or stepping on anybody's toes.
I wrote my way of doing it before i was aware that a member was also doing it on a commercial basis. I thought the stash panel i saw on e-bay had been made by a "bona fide" manufacturer.
I am quite sure that the official version is far superior and then mine.
My version does what i want and i am happy to keep it hidden in the pannier box so as not to cause any alarm or distress to innocent passers by.

cheers for that as with most issues I encounter in life it normaly comes down to communication.

Good news is I finished manufacturing them today so first postage will be to the people who have paid then I hopefully have all the people who said they wanted one so I will be contacting them. I am leaving the country tmrw for some time but the Stash pannels will be left with a friend who will post them on once he returns from a trip abroad with me in 2 weeks.
