Can’t hear music - BMW ConnectedRide Navigator

Overall I’m happy with my purchase, only the music beats me , if I’ve listening to radio I can’t select Apple Music without returning to the iPhone .

I had the same problem and found the solution on Facebook, I know its a old post but as I have a solution thought id post a screen shot of the order of connection.
