Hi folks
I'm not familiar with airheads but thought this a nice one when in France last week. Can anyone fill me in, is it an R80GS? Are plastic parts like this available still. Ta!

acerbis plastics as well
I like the side panel idea

yep DR650 front end. The rear mudgard looks like a UFO baja and rear is probably the same but cut down. Headlight - there are plenty of aftermarket plastic ones like this and the mud guards.

PS don't you just hate the word "fender" instead of "mud guard" ..but its gradually creeping in - I accidentally used it typing the above but managed to correct it in time :rob

Dunno what it is but I like the look of it :thumb2

Hang on, I do know - it's definitely a mono airhead :D

thanks folks, I wish I could let you hear what it sounded like too - tasty. It lives in Auray, which is very pretty if you're in those parts. When I'm next there I'll try and track him down.

And now I've googled what an R80ST is my interest is even further aroused (well it's Friday night, a few glasses and my sequined assistant is downstairs watching a prog about Calypso and Nana Mouskouri on BBC4 - try spelling that after a couple of sparklers! - something's got to).
