Can Keis cable be used as battery tender connection ?

Not sure if it's come up before. But I have a keis x10 vest and the keis cable is direct to battery on r1250gs. Is there any options to use that as connection for battery tender ? Instead of putting more peripheral connections.

I use the Keis connector on 3 bikes to power the clothing, removable sat nav, charge my phone and also to charge their batteries.

Very reliable connectors IME.
