Ive had both and my pyramid hugger kept breaking and i dont go off road, ive now got a mudsling, well in fact a maier from the USA ( cheaper ) and its much better in the rain.

the answer is no ,the hugger will hit the mudsling/miaer , I had to remove hugger, mudsling is a better job for keeping the weather of you an your passenger,
