Hi

I have a spare seat from my 2005 F650GS now gone and replaced by a F650GS twin.

I'm not sure if it's low or normal. The part numbers on Realoem.com don't reflect the number on the seat and the number input into the site doesn't come up with anything either. The part number from the seat itself is:

52.53-7651959

It turns out that this is the part number for the seat base only which makes sense. Is anyone able to ID the seat in terms of is it a low or standard height, from the attached photo.

Once I know what it is I'll get it up for sale. It's in great condition as you can see.

Looks like a 'low seat'

Hi Linda,

That does look like a 'low seat' due to the depth of the seating scallop and length of the piece rising to where it would meet the tank.

Can't tell definitively from this photo but to give you a comparison my Dakar Seat has a scallop of about 2 inches below the front edge and pillion seat and the Dakar has a thicker than normal GS pad.

Might be interested in it if it is a low seat ... can you let me know how much you want for it?

Hiya Andy

If you are happy that it's what you want then I'd be looking for £60 plus £10 postage for it.
