Hello, and a very Good Afternoon to you all.

My name is Matthew Terry, and I have recently been appointed the General Manager of Cannon BMW Motorcycles, Braintree, Essex.

Having taken up my post just this week, I am in the process of learning the 'ins and outs' of the business - after 19 years in the retail motor industry (Cars), 14 years of which were with BMW. However, I have been a lifelong biking enthusiast, and am relishing fulfilling a Job Role which also coincides with my Passion for 'Bikes!

Having been introduced to this forum, I read and absorbed the various posts with interest.

Firstly, I would like to Thank those of you who have posted your positive feedback regarding the experience you have had at Cannon BMW, and secondly, I respect those negative comments from those whom, for whatever reason, we were unable to satisfy.

With some recent Staff Changes, we aim to improve our service to all customers across the board, whether Sales or Aftersales, and with this in mind, I would like to welcome back all our existing customers, and hope that those who have been less than satisfied may allow a 'line to be drawn' so that we may continue our improvements.

I wish you all the very best and hope to see you at Cannon BMW in future.

Regards
Matthew Terry
General Manager

Welcome aboard Matthew:thumb2

Good to see someone from Cannon BMW posting- it can only be a positive thing IMO and I hope others will see that it's actually a step in the right direction and not just blast you with old old issues and chips on their shoulders :thumb2
