Have never been to another BMW dealer before, but this one has got great new premises and a lovely showroom.

Had problems with my registration, and insurance (my fault), and my debit card (Natwests fault), but despite all of this, they still got me away with my GS.

They gave me a good part exchange, and have been fair and reasonable with me so far.

I've always found them to be a pretty good bunch and I hope their move to Braintree goes well.
