I've decided that the Kent based dealer won't be getting my business any more as fed up with calling and leaving messages for them not to bother to call back.

Even though I have bought two new RTs of them in the past two years, they seem to think it's ok to cancel an April booking for work and then not get back to me, I've left three messages and nothing. Same story with my 2008 RT a few years back

Cannon are just over the border into Essex, and I'd be interested to know if anyone else has used them for service?
