ooooo.... In contrast to other experiences with Cannons. I've found the sales, mechanics and the valet to be really good and friendly, helping out wherever possible and resolving minor issues without delay or fuss.
As an example I had a problem with a recently purchased R1200; they confirmed the problem did require a part and took the required part off a showroom bike (I've had a Honda dealer do the same before, take a part off a showroom bike), but that's the support you want.
I know they get a slating and rightly so judging by past postings on here, but my experience(s) differ.
No, I don't work for them nor do I get massive discounts either!
