Cannot Read SD Card

Hi
I have loaded maps to my SD card, I am able to the file I would like to use.
When I turn on the Zumo 550 I thought it would allow me to use this file but i cannot. Anyone able to tell what it is I am doing wrong.
All help would be appricated as I am setting of for Prague, Czech Rep in two weeks and will be depending on the Zumo to find the campsites etc.

what is the name of your map file? and how are you sending the map to the sd card? are you doing copy paste or using mapsource to transfer?
