Cannot Up/Down Load to/from my Zumo 550?

Any ideas? Is there somthing im not doing ?

The thing is my pc can see the unit , i can select it from the list, but when i try to send either way i get the message " problem comunicating with Garmin"

sorry if this has been asked , but im new to the 550.

Could be as simple as a USB/Windows/driver 'glitch'......I get the same sort of message with my USB scanner sometimes. If so the old shutdown and restart your PC answer will work.

Ian: You are running an outdated version of Mapsource (and maybe your unit needs upgrading as well.

Now sorted. Downloaded Web Updater agian.
