I rode the new Rallye the other week and liked it, but as an owner of a 2014 GS it didn't do enough to justify chopping mine in for one. Maybe the extra 20mm Sport suspension would be handy, but it would be a high price to pay for a bit of extra ground clearance.
I am then just trying the Rallye seat as I liked the style of it. Came this morning, just fitted it. Seat height has risen a fair bit. I previously could get both feet flat on the floor on high standard seat height, but now I'm down to one foot flat. I do ride the bike off road a fair bit so whether it'll make much difference to how many spills I have I'm not yet sure (further to dab a foot).
Curious to see how comfortable it is over distance The foam feels firmer than stock. Hopefully heading up to March Moto Madness on it this weekend so will get it a go test then.
In terms of pillion, it is still rated to carry one but I'd say it's going to be a bit tight for space on there.
