can't change avatar !

I can't change my avatar (to another gif), what am I doing wrong. ? THere seems to be no option in the control panel/edit avatar page

just spotted you need to be a sponsor to have load your own.. i think

No its not the sponsorship - I couldn't change mine last night to what I wanted and my sponsorship is good until March 2007 !!
Any of the Mods have any thoughts ?

Check the file size (max 48.8kb) and dimensions (110x110 pixels) and that it's a supported file type.

If it still doesn't work, post back and Paul will have to have a look at your user permissions....in the mean time though PM one of the supermods with the image and we can do it for you, or post it here with a link to the pic (or attach it) and we'll do it from here
