Been doing the valve adjustments on my 00. 1150GS for the first time all seemed to be going well until I tried to get the gap on the intake valves.(.15 feeler ) adjusted the adjuster all the way and still could not get the blade thro the gap what am I doing wrong?

Are you sure you have TDC for the side you are working on? Go round to the other side and waggle the rocker arms if they move do that side then rotate engine 360 degrees to TDC again and the other side is free to adjust your gaps.

even easier - when the exhausts are fully down - adjust inlets on the same side.

you don't need to go round to the 'other' side - much more energy efficient :D
