Now this is really getting my goat.....
. The problem is that I can no longer format replies or new posts using the full WYSIWYG option in my user control panel. In fact, none of the format/smilies/text options even work and all I can do is enter Courier text into the text box. What's more, hitting the 'review' or 'post' tabs does nothing.
I have just discovered that by switching to the Standard Editor option, I can form and send my posts normally (hence this post) but it is quite clumsy to use compared to WYSIWYG. The only thing that I can think is that I recently upgraded my browser to the new Internet Explorer 9 Beta. Although this is rock solid, I just wonder if it may be throwing up some compatability issues with the UKGSer website? My system is Windows 7 based and the video drivers are up to date.
The exception is I can reply to PMs which are completely normal with full WYSIWYG formatting functionality. I suppose that this makes my comment about browser incompatibility issues look unlikely. I have also just logged on to the Adventure Rider forum as a test and it works just fine - smilies, images etc. etc.
This is really bizarre and a bloody nuisance and I just wonder if I haven't disabled something inadvertantly. Any help is gratefully accepted of course.
