Car Racing @ Crystal Palace

I can't belive this ia going to be proper racing, been nothihng there since the sixties going along the bottom straigh the corner at the end is lined with a massive concrete wall at thwe side of the track! so I don't think it would make for safe racing!!. It's a wonder it was ever aloud around here in thwe first palce but with modern safety requirements cannot see "racing" around here being allowed nowadays.
Also of course the noise problem, this is in a heavily built up area so I thinks this will turn out to be a gloryfied exibition.

I used to live in a flat over looking the park and it is a precessional kind of event. Some interesting motor out and about tho.
Some very good bars near by as well
 
I went to one of these a few years ago. The racing is not car against car but timed. There were lots of different types of cars ranging from little tricked up road cars to full blown rally cars.
 
Here's me thinking that they'd ruin the pitch:blast
