Carbs on a R1100 revisited

I have a chance to pick up a R1100 motor, trans, starter, etc., except for the fuel injection stuff for no money and some surplus K bike parts. The bike had a fire due to a leaking gas tank. I would like to use this in a sidecar project, but the cost to replace all of the fuel injection stuff is prohibitive. I read some old posts about a kit from Scriminger Engineering, but cannot find any current information. does anyone here have any current information on ignition and/or carbs and parts required for the conversion?

The ignition system is made by Pazon. I believe the 40mm carbs simply fit straight on. Get in touch with Kenny in the airhead section he has one.
