I changed from Sena to Cardo Packtalk bold on both of our bikes, mine 1250RS and hers S1000XR. We both have TFTs and find that the Cardos have much better integration with the bikes.
Neither of us use a GPS as we have the BMW connected app on our phones. We have travelled all over Europe with this setup and find it very sucessful.

I have cardo freecom 2+ and it works great.
I have mine linked to iphone for music and garmin for directions - never fails.

I have a Cardo Smartpack - works great on my GS1250 and I-phone X. I haven't linked comms to another rider yet but can confirm that Nav (using the Connected App), music and phone all work well. :okay

Packtalk Bold and Nav 6 through TFT
You connect the cardo as 2nd phone GPS option to the Nav and it all works fine but I do have the annoying Nav voice muted. SD card in the Nav 6 with a few albums on if Spotify has a mary from the phone
You have to switch bike on first then headset but always connects
Just make sure the cardo and the phone are not paired....seems to cause an issue. If you need to alter any settings on the cardo do it when the bike is off and then unpair the cardo.
Think of the TFT as the central point for connections

I have the Freecom 4+ with Nav6 and it works fine - did have some connectivity issues a while back, but latest software updates have resolved that and now it works just fine.

I have Cardo Freecom and it works great. The only annoying thing is when TFT connects to the Cardo it says "GPS Connected" into the headphones and it's connected to phone connection.

You have to switch bike on first then headset but always connects...
On my bike (2021) I have to turn on the headset first and then the bike. Otherwise, it wouldn't connect. Sometimes I forget to do that, so I have to stop (you can't do anything in "settings" on TFT while your bike is moving) and go to connections and do the "connect".

Initially I was a Cardo user, However, when the TFT was first released, the Q3 I had wasn't compatible. So switched to Sena, 20S, 20S Evo, 30K and currently 50S all have worked flawlessly. This is like some other devices, Brands, very sentimental to some users, Never, Ever suggest one is better than the other....:D

But :aidan
Sena is better than Cardo:augie

I have a packtalk and a packtalk bold both work as they should with my tft head set to nav tft to headset (phone2)

Same for me. I had Cardo then Interphone then Sena and all have foibles but the Sena seems the best quality and most reliable by some distance. I only really use it in mesh mode in big group rides though and don't have it on all the time.

Im a Virgin Mesh user, Always just used the BT connections, for one other rider, But Four of Us going East for six weeks In july, so will use the Mesh. Im just a little worried, as in BT mode, The comms starts easily, and when ended switches back to music. With the mic only in use when in comms. The mesh has a Mic only system, And need to be manually opened and closed. We'll see how it works out.
Overall, the Sena does come up better for real world usage and audio quality.

Just use he new CHAIN app - its great and no limit on distance.
I have used it a few times now and its loads less hassle not having to pair units etc.

Probably not much use to anyone who wants to integrate TFT, Connected app or GPS and bike to bike intercom as a complete system.
Not sure how much data would be used on a two week tour around Europe with all that data and phone batteries being hammered, for 8 hour riding days, either.

I purchased Catrdo Edge week ago.
I am having massive issue with Bluetooth. here is a story:
I am able to pair Cardo with my iphone11pro, no probs here. My phone is paired with BMW TFT too, all works fine. Then in order to use BMW nav wheel to use phone i have to pair Cardo with TFT as a riders helmet, Cardo has such a setting like pairing TFT, so it is definitely second bluetooth channel. Cardo pairs fine, phone works, i can play music etc etc, but... for some reason my phone is loosing bluetooth connection to Cardo and bluetooth connectivity looks like that: phone<-->TFT<-->Cardo, well I said as long as it work why not, however in such as connectivity model Cardo app on phone cannot see Cardo, so not possible to use it at, and what is even worst, when i turn off engine and TFT and all TFT bluetooth is gone, i would expect cardo to connecto to phone automaticaly, well nothing like that is happening, more, you cannot even manually connect to Cardo from your phone, the only way is to forget device and pair from scratch, however when you do that, TFT is un-paired with Cardo and you have to repet proces.
anyone had similiar issue? Thinking it could be soft bug, possibly iphone? I dont know.

In all my endearing I have found that you cannot have the Cardo app running when using tft nav and headset you only have two Bluetooth channels on the Cardo
