I just installed the second Edge kit in my wife’s helmet.
I read somewhere that when you buy a Duo pack the two units are already paired.
But I tried using the intercom and they wouldn’t connect !
I had to go into the Cardo app, open Intercom and then search for her helmet and it paired using DMC. Shouldn’t it be more simple than that ? I was expecting to be able to just tap the intercom button to connect !

You can connect via Bluetooth or DMC, they react differently. I personally use DMC but did use the app to setup. There is a very good facebook group as there are a few foibles with the Edge. Cardo Systems PackTalk and Edge Community

On the plus side, now that you have connected they should stay connected and next time switched on quickly connect without issue. 👍

Ta for that link
This popped up on the facebook page - To connect edge units you want to connect in DMC mode, push the 2 buttons nearest the back of the units so as the light flashes green on both sets. When they are both flashing green hold the top button on each one until the light flashes, the 2 units will then connect and will not forget each other
