Cardo sho duo anybody else any problems ?

Had the cardo sho duo on our neotec's for a couple of years circa 20k miles ,while they've been fine generally I am on my 4 th wiring loom .
It seams the cable is breaking down in the area where it comes out from behind padding and plugs into battery .On the latest one I've purchased I notice they've changed the design of it a little .
Oh and another thing am I the only one who finds cardo customer support fookin useless

I've got the sho one and not had any issues in 12 months use, so happy enough and not had any reason to use customer service. Don't suppose that helps you much

At least if you're unit suddenly loses power you'll know what it is ,going away in July for 2 1/2 weeks i better get and order another one as a spare

Aye. Although you've now got me worried its gonna fall apart on me when I head up to Scotland for two weeks in June
