Carpuride W702B... works on new 1300GS ?

Hi,
I'm considering to buy a W702B (w/ bmw bracket) and mount it on a 1300GS.
I read on Carpuride site that is not listed the compatibility: "Note: Only compatible with these BMW models: BMW R 1200 GS, BMW R 1250 GS, BMW S 1000 XR, etc."
Maybe somebody has news or tried mountig the w702b on a 1300GS.
Could you share your experience/advice?

As far as I can tell the adapter they supply slots into the BMW nav mount-like the BMW Connected cradle does. So assuming you have a BMW nav mount I’d have thought it would be ok. I’ve bought a W702 & adapter from a fellow Tosser & should get it this week. If you can wait I’ll take photos & measurements & put them on the forum.

I keep my phone in my jacket pocket & it’s fine. Links to Carpuride almost instantly.
You assume correctly-the wonder wheel only operates the TFT. The Carpuride is touch screen that is very good & gloves aren’t an issue. I use Siri to change music or for calls.
I’ve been using my Carpuride for a week or so now & I’m very impressed by it. The screen is bright & very responsive & my phone is safe in my pocket.

No reason why not as most phones allow several Bluetooth connections at the same time.

I haven’t tried but I think the BMW Connected app is crap so didn’t use it when I had the Connected cradle.

I asked Q earlier on this thread, emailed Carpuride with some questions and got polite reply and a discount code, ordered from them delivered £175.00 result all fitted and working well, 1200 GSA, Sena SRL1, IPhone 12

Lol. Yea. I've never used the cradle and I'm not really interested in it, but I love the app and being able to track rides and bike stats. Being connected to the TFT works great for changing tracks on Spotify. I ordered a 502 with BMW Mount. Hoping I can connect to both TFT and Carpuride. I'm going to use it for a 3000+ mile trip in 3.5 weeks.. Crossing fingers that it gets here on time.
