Can anyone tell me if the standard cast wheels from a 1200GS will go onto a 1150GS.

The front will go on with a bit of messing about - the rear won't
However you can use a cast rear from any of the 1150 range - R1150R is easiest IIRC. On top of that you can also use a K1200RS rear although you'll have to buy a disc mounting plate as the disc bolts to the bevel box rather than the wheel.
