Just flushed the beast out and have treated her to some of this oil, and may i say there is a noticeable difference. seems to have made her slightly quieter (not that she was noisey in the first place)
not sure what anyone else runs and i know there are endless threads on "what oil", but just thought i would share how i find the difference in using a more quality oil instead of the supermarket stuff

Weird.

I switched from the expensive Act Evo stuff to the cheap Duckhams Classic stuff and noticed the same thing.

So, I'm in the 'new oil good, old oil bad' camp, and will be changing the stuff regularly

when i bought my gsa in 06` they put on 15/40gpx, 12 months later thet said they were putting in 20/50 `cause hey it will run on `owt,when i was in istanbul in 07` they put some full synth 5/40 or something that was reckomended by bm base in der fatherland in all their bikes. i just do the same as you guys, go down to wilkinsons on a sunday and get cheap duchams 20/50
