Catalytic converter recycling

Has anyone recycled/sold their catalytic converter after put straight through pipes on?

Any ideas on how much a scrap dealer will pay for a catalytic converter? Or is it best to keep the old cat?

I hung onto mine so that i can restore bike to normal should I ever sell it.

I’m planning a big trip and by the time Im done I don’t think it will be worth getting the bike back to stock if I sell. And I’m packing my entire life into storage for the next year so the less stuff I have the less storage will cost.

If it’s not worth recycling the cat I’ll pack it into storage for the next owner...
