Both boys have their own motorbikes now (much to their Mum's delight), so Mikey on his A2 licence Kawasaki VN650 Vulcan and me went off up the mountains for a scoot.

On the way up to the Col d'Allos

If any of you happens to stop in Colmars on market day, definitely worth checking out the socca van. They're chickpea pancakes, a real provencal treat.

My airhawk has gone a funny colour in the incessant sunshine :)

A great area of France. Anyone who has been along the Route des Grande Alpes, will (or should) be able to agree. This, lifted from a German magazine, will perhaps give some more ideas, too:

Fantastic set of photos Franco and a very lucky man to be able to do that with your son. 👏

However, I do NOT like your comment about the "son bleached" Airhawk. That's a bit below the belt and just not cricket. 😉

👍
