cb mount (ram mount)???

Hi Guys

I have got a midland 42 multi handheld that i use for marshalling cycling events and just wondered if anyone

a) has got one and has mounted it
b) or if anyone out there knows of a good mount i was thinking of a ram mount but cannot find anything on there site

the dimensions are as follows 70mm wide by 110mm tall and 32mm in depth.

Depends.

CB aerials like allot of metal to act as a counterpoise/groundplane unless you buy one specifically made for fibreglass boats or plastic campervans.

Sirio make ones that will bolt on anywhere regardless of material.


Failing that , try mounting it on the rear rack.Small metal plate and a snail mount with 3/8 fitting.

thanks for that but i was not thinking about the aerial i was thinking about the the actual unit which is a handheld and just wondered if anyone had mounted the unit to there bike
