I just bought one on ebay for about £9.00. I haven't looked at it yet, but since it was advertised as coming with Adobe Reader on the CD, I assume it's in .pdf format.

That is what I thought I could do (or HTML) and I may yet, but it is going to take a lot of time to restructure. More time than I have had so far.
Not sure how to get an 86 MB zip file to you. Someone here may have an FTP site that would help...
