I'd say that it is really useful - providing easy access to torque settings and instructions on how to do essentially all jobs on the bike. As for getting one, have you tried talking to you local dealer?

Found mine the other night between all my paperwork of the bike. Never knew it existed and still have not looked at it

I was A Mud Engineer in the North Sea worked for MI and Baker!
Still trying to copy it but it has been running all night and still has 22 hours to go!!! Got to be doing something wrong.
Could sent it to you or Mav so you can have a go?
