No1 is Irish ferries, get a nice cabin and its like a mini cruise, great cafe and restaurant, good bar.
Register as a frequent traveller and you get credit to use again.

Basic trucker ferry but OK get you where you want to go, I took my big American RV last December for €135 one way.
There is the new LD lines now to St Nazaire, I was going to come back on early Feb but it was cancelled due to storms, it will be the same type of ferry as Celtic Link.
