Not sure I agree Micky, it's the perfect way of spotting people who should take their bikes to the dealer rather than break out their own spanners

You are probably correct, the dealers 'technicians' are mostly trainees who get lost if they can't plug it in and follow the computer instructions. Chain sensors will soon be added on all chain driven bikes for sure.
