Just a quick note to say that I ordered a whole load of Autocom bits, including some not directly listed on the Chainspeed website site, then changed my order half way through, asked many numpty questions by email, etc. etc...

...and received nothing but patience, prompt email replies, helpful advice and all round good service. Thanks Sam! www.chainspeed.co.uk

(Now I'll go off and find something elsewhere on the site to get offended by, vent my spleen, etc. - just to balance everything out)

They sell some good pannier bags for the GSA panniers too, way cheaper than the BMW ones.

Had a lovely ride over to collect them last week. :thumb2

I agree, the chap there is ex-Autocom, so knows the kit extremely well, and has always been very easy to discuss options with, right down to rather in-depth technical detail.

Delivery has always been very good too. Top bloke :thumb

Plus 1:thumb2 Sam fitted out our 2 bikes earlier this year, and the service was excellent. He took great care to get the helmet fitments correct, and no problem with volume and my Zumo 550.

+1 more :thumb2

I phoned for advice. Sam was very helpful.
I ordered 2 kits and some radios and accessories from him. They have just arrived as described.
Now all I have to do is fit them :blast

Me too also:clap
Ordered late Monday - reply from Sam even later; arrived Wednesday AM.
Result for Chainspeed.

Better than Colwyn Bay Motorcycles who if they hadn't been so keen to go home and asked me what I wanted would have had the deal. That's the third time I've been in and been ignored :mcgun
