Good luck tomorrow Bakes.
I asked my lad if he fancied driving up to watch and get an idea of what was involved or whether he wanted to see James Bond.

We'll be at Taunton Odeon 4.30 :(

I thought it was on the 26th.

:homer Doh! Good job he didn't say yes.

Practice smooth gear changes, gentle acceleration and braking, we don't want young Fletcher bouncing off the back do we?

That was hard 150 laps, wet chalk rain, bikes everywhere, managed to stay out for the 3 hours, fell once well slipped off.

I was the 3rd from last to come home thats good as a HARE and HOUNDS, its the most laps in 3 Hours.

Bike went brilliant, had Olins front end fitted a week or so ago that helped me stay out, as the bumps just got soaked up.

Had a New jacket as well MSR Enduro thing Brillant kept me cool.

Thick chalk mud, tree roots Chalk slops, made the going soft but good.

Dave Biles a local builder, won I`m sure he came past me in the air, I asked him at the begining so tips, as I have known him years, KEEP IT NAILED, its only stable at high rev`s and fast.

Tried that for a few seconds and it works

Big wave to Mrs Cookie, and the GSERS, sorry I didn`t stop but I told my mentor GARY GROVER that I would keep going and not talk to anyboby.

Cheers Bakes

P.S Lap results soon 5 me thinks

Saying that when I met the rider today he was walking the verge trying to find his gear lever.

I popped along to see some of that, bit wet and slippy but the sun came out briefly..
