Help please . I have just returned from a trip tp Poland during which I had hoped to charge my phone and MP3 player from the bikes system. I have a cigarette lighter socket adapter but neither appliances 'in car ' charger would work. Both chargers worked before and do now so I know both are OK. I also know the system was working cos the heated vest did work when tested. As someone who knows nothing about electrics/electronics do I need something else or do car chargers use some sort of different regulation?
