Charging Sena SMH 10

Apologies if this has been answered before, but having looked I could not find an answer.

is it possible to charge my Sena SMH 10 by plugging it into a usb power adaptor (car cigarette lighter fitting). I have the necessary Powerlet source wired in already, so can just plug the usb adaptor in. There is nothing on the adaptor to indicate how much power it 'transmits' to the end product, so am wary of frying my Sena!
