Fitted some cheap aftermarket footrests to my R1150GS.
They are listed as 1993-2001 Suzuki RM80 footrests and cost £5.99 including postage from China!

They are cast not fabricated and seem to function OK. The BMW return spring is too wide so I used Triumph Scrambler footrest return springs ~ £5.20 a pair as I had been using these on my Scrambler for some time and the Triumph spring fits.
The external width of the footrest is slightly smaller than the slot in the BMW footrest casting so I fitted 2 ordinary washers between footrest and mounting to stop any rattling.

Guys, are you seriously going to risk your safety by standing on cheap Chinese cast footpegs as you are bouncing around on offroad tracks and trails?

At the very least can dod stand on one peg and bounce up and down a bit whilst someone stabilises the bike. Wear your off road boots in case it fractures and takes a big lump out of your leg!

Cheap Chinese items are normally cheap for a reason. Probably made out of recycled zinc Dinky toy cars.

Edit, Twizzle was too quick for me! :)

footrest dimensions

As I have fitted them for appearance and comfort and do not do rough off-road and do not stand up on footrests, I probably can't! I have found them OK. That is why I stated the construction so individuals could assess them for their particular needs.
However for those still interested the dimensions are attached.
