CHEAP FRAME PLUGS

Hi,the 38mm plugs under the tank keep coming loose and I've lost one already.Any ideas how to stop them falling out.

As the engine or sun heat up it causes pressure within the tube so one side blows out the cap. I used the smallest drill bit I had and drilled a pin hole in each side problem solved.

Plugs.

Hi, i used ACF50 on the nuts before using these frame plugs and two of the 38mm ones came of in transit.Any ideas on how to better secure them with out a glue.

I got mine today. The smaller 2 fit but the 38mm bungs don't fit.

I think my GSA shrunk in the rain.

Why do my bigger ones in front of my knees keep popping out heat?

One of mine popped out soon after installation when I left it the sun. Perhaps try pushing a pin through it so air can come out when you tap it in.

Drill a tiny hole........................that does the trick!
