I take it that your education forgot to explain the difference between your and you're. The first use of the word in your post was correct but the second shows that you're having problems with the language.
In answer to your question, probably not as she died a few years ago. She did give me some advice before she left, the first bit was to learn to communicate rather than show yourself up, the second was only buy a bike with real money when you have it and not use some HP, PCP, finance etc, that way you can afford decent BMW gear for the bike and yourself.

The Vxx cases mentioned by the OP will fit a new DL650 https://www.givi.co.uk/my-motorcycle/bike/suzuki/dl-650-v-strom-17--22 shows you will need the PLX3112 fitting kit which is specific for the bike.

I know the OP doesn't want to spend a lot of money - but in my experience soft bags, throw overs etc are a false economy - by the time you've spent time and money experimenting over the years you end up paying the price of decent panniers anyway - and they are so much easier to get on with and far more secure.
