I bought my long haired sheepskin seat cover off ebay, well actually it is a rug, like this one for £20. You can search for different length wool, other colours too.

Cut it in half and then cut one piece to shape.
Cut a 1” slit on either side, about 1” in from the outer edge
Run some velcro tape through it to attach to you bike frame either side.
Sell the other part of the rug on here.
Been using these for years and they are all day comfy.
