Anyone got anything sub 1k that runs and is reasonably reliable? Cheaper to run the better.

Or better still just give him the 1200 notes as that looks like a bargain... And non of that "I want a bargain but it's too far away" shite...
I managed a rare £1k bargain last year with a 1990 Pan ... Rare to get but they are about as getting rid of older higher mileage bikes not on the BAB pant wetting classic scale which is often a bit of a PIA...
Stirling back to Aberdeenshire which for us northern folk was a light run to warm it up a bit...

Clean UK MOT history. I imagine the Swiss are punctilious in annual testing as well…

You could drop Scubamouse a PM as he has a R1150GS he's been meaning to advertise for ages.

As far as I'm aware he still has yet to post it up but could well be in that price range.

My only worry that being Swiss it would be harder to get though neutral than UK or German versions...

a Swiss bike will may make HALF the power a uk bike will make.

£1200 good price .
what rear shock is on it ?
if it has no major faults , it should be a good buy.

I did see that originally. Whereas I would I just don’t want to end up with a second project if the gearbox then decided it completely let go.

I’ve just seen your price bump too. First time sub-1000 has been mentioned.
