So, yesterday was a great day and for the first time this year it felt like spring was finally here. Washed the car in the morning then gave the Street Bob a quick going over before a mate turned up on his 1 day old Fat Boy:D.
We decided to take a ride out to the "H" cafe (used to be Fox's) near Benson RAF base and stop in Henley for a coffee en route..
Just outside Henley I needed a fuel stop so we pulled in to a service station where a young lad on a GS500 (i think) and his father were getting ready to leave. I pulled up next to the pump and the young lad walks over to me and is looking over the Bob. I say "alright" to him and he replies (with a snigger) "That is a great looking bike - I'm just imagining what I'm gonna look like in 30 years time"!!!!!!I thought you cheeky bastard..... his next comment more than made up for it though as he said "I bet you get loads of action"!!!!!

If only that were true....:D

Did he mean gardening?

I too took the Road King out for a trundle - after a couple of miles I realised I was getting hot. I didn't believe the forecast and was still dressed in winter mode.
