I was at Chester Motorrad on Tuesday buying a couple of bits and pieces (including oil but I'd rather not discuss which type). They checked and pointed out that my bike needed the recent brake recall (I hadn't received a letter). I could have done without this as I'm off away on it in a few days time. They are really busy at the moment in the workshop but said they would do their best to fit it in if I could leave it with them for a couple of days. I dropped it off on Wednesday and have just got a call from Paul saying it's done and ready for collection. Not only that but they have fixed a faulty heated grip (I had called the dealer I bought the bike off last week and asked if they could fit that in but got a straight "No"). Great service. Thank you.
