You need to go to your garmin account and sign up for the above or a onetime update of same

I've got the lifetime update, but MyGarmin is only giving me 2011.10. I'll give Garmin a call and try and find out why.

Same here, and not only that, I can't get the damn thing to update to my ZUMO 550!!!

Well I can, but there are only main roads and absolutely no detail!!! In fact, my estate isn't on here, motorway junctions are shown as a crossroads and the little arrow moves along 5mm to one side on the motorway. I only have motorways and A roads on my ZUMO 550. I have written to Garmin support more than a week ago, but naturally, no reply!!!!

I managed to get 2011.20 and it was my fault that I missed it, I hadn't scrolled down far enough.

If you log on to myGarmin, plug your Zumo in and go to myDashboard, it should offer you 2011.20, and it can be downloaded more than once if it doesn't work properly first time.

You have to select where you want it loading to though, I selected Zumo and computer so that it would update my MapSource maps as well.
