Called them last monday to book my bike in to have the meta alarm removed. They actually fitted it so thought it wise to choose them to remove it.

Service desk busy so they took my number and said they would call back!!

Heard nothing by Tuesday so called again...........service desk busy and said they would call me back!!!

Thursday called again as no-one had called me back.............yup!!!! you guessed it................service desk busy and they said they would call me back, I politely explained all of the above. Promised to call me back!

STILL WAITING .....................shambolic customer service

Why do you want it removed? Is there a problem with it?

just do a search on alarms................often go crazy in well known supermarket filling stations due to the antennas etc.

I was completely stranded recently until I pushed the bike a good few hundred yards from the filling station, bike then started but had to ride home with the hazards still flashing, eventually reset itself about an hour later.
