Just got of the phone to Clarks my nearest dealers, I have only ever bought minor bits and bobs from them and I phoned for some advice.
What a helpful bunch gave me all the advice i needed and more.
I dont know what kind of reputation they have but I am more than impressed every time i have bothered them they have been great.
I used to work with the manager John Brownlow (Godfrey Hall )but have never let him know who i am, so if this is how they treat customers then they deserve every success.

They have slowly but surely been getting their act together over the last year or so. Lee on parts is particularly helpful and of course Ross in sales was (still is) one of us UKGSers before he started work there.

That's him

I was a perfectly normal Ducati rider 'till I met that Ross

Ross sold me my 1150, had no problems so far and 'ave had no reason to use customer support.

Seemed like a bunch of good guys doing their jobs properly :thumb

I can only echo the compliments for Clark's in general & Ross in particular. Ross delivered my GSA 3 weeks ago - a more pleasent & helpful man I've yet to meet.

They're not my local dealer, being 200 miles away, but I'll be using them for servicing. I think that says it all :)
