No. Totally NFG. If you read the manual you will see what the correct API spec is, and this does not meet the required specification.

incidentally, browsing the M&P site, I noticed they are stocking 20W/50 oil now.

Motul (French company that supply Yamaha) branded. Mineral is something like £20 for 4 litres. They have a semi-synth flavour too.

Thats the stuff I was looking for 20/50 £6.99 a litre, now all I have to do is get a filter
