Use a simple liquid anti-bac hand soap. Something along the lines of Carex Sensitive Anti-Bac soap so there's no moisturisers or aloe vera, perfumes etc added.
Put a fair bit on your hands and then put the gloves on and rub the soap in to the lining. Leave for 5 to 10 mins then rinse thoroughly by filling the glove with cold water. Repeat if the gloves are really smelly.
GENTLY squeeze to remove excess water, DON'T wring them or you could damage the Goretex membrane. Stick your hands back in to reshape the glove then just peg out on the washing line and drip dry. You could use a hairdryer to speed things up but don't dry them on the radiator or the leather will go like cardboard
Buy some cheap silk or cotton glove liners and it's much easier to keep them clean rather than washing the leather glove
I use Nikwax Glove Proof on the outside of the glove
