cleaning the plastics on a GSA

Does anybody have any suggestions about cleaning products for the GS?

I noted my plastics.. mainly the black ones are looking a tad faded these days.. could do with a spruce up..

I have read up about Novus, supposed to be good.

Plexus plastic polish.. also good I am told..

I have read about Carnauba wax also..

but before I go buying anything I wondering if anybody could

recommend anything from personal experience.

Try MucOff Bike Spray on the plastics. I used some on mine, and it came up a treat!

Try a silicone spray. The black plastic can sought of dry out if you know what i mean, I'd suggest you clean off as much grime / flys / road tar etc as you can, dry it with a tea towel (paper seems to leave bits all over it ..) and then liberally spray it with silicone, but then don't touch it. (ie, don't wipe the silicone spray in). Spray and leave to dry naturally. Should give you what yer looking for.

Alternatively, wash and dry the bike then spray all over except for the brakes and tyres with WD40. Leave the bike garaged overnight, then dry off with a clean lint-free cloth next day.

The bike will come up like showroom, and also be protected with a thin film of WD all over.

I have tried so many plastic cleaners over the past 3 years
always immediatly go back to Auto Glym Bumper Car
its a green gel which i apply with a micro fibre cloth on every bit of plastic
bikes 4 years old with 39k on the clock
